2. Membership Plans

We offer three membership tiers: Starter, Growth, and Premium. Each plan provides different levels of market access, execution priority, and support.

• Starter (₹699/month): Live gold & crude rate access, daily market snapshot, standard order support.
• Growth (₹999/month): Everything in Starter, priority order execution, dedicated relationship manager, weekly market briefing.
• Premium (₹1,399/month): Everything in Growth, personal advisor call (monthly), priority settlement, exclusive market reports.

Membership fees are non-refundable and do not constitute an investment. They pay for market access, execution priority, and support services only.

3. Trading & Risk Disclosure

Gold and crude oil are volatile commodities. Trading involves the risk of partial or total loss of your investment. We do not guarantee any returns or profits. All trading decisions are solely your responsibility.

• Rates shown on our platform are illustrative samples and may not reflect live market data.
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to market volatility, execution delays, or technical issues.
• You must ensure you have sufficient knowledge and experience before engaging in commodity trading.

4. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our systems.

5. Referral Program

Our referral program offers a one-time ₹200 account credit to both the referrer and the referred user upon successful verification of the referred account.

• The referral credit is a one-time thank-you gesture, not a recurring commission.
• Referral credits cannot be withdrawn as cash and can only be used for membership fees or trading margin.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Bullion & Barrel Trading Co. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
• The "Bullion & Barrel" name and logo are trademarks of the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullion & Barrel Trading Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Losses arising from market volatility or trading decisions
• Any third-party claims against you

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused our services.

• Upon termination, you will lose access to all membership benefits and trading desk services.
• No refunds will be provided for unused membership periods.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

• Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue using our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sonipat, Haryana.
